‘Hard Held: War Art Today’. Exhibition and Lecture at the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford. Tuesday 30th September.

Heatherley tutor, Jason Bowyer, spent ten days with the British Army at Camp Bastion in September 2013 as an official war artist. In this lecture he discusses his experience of drawing from observation in a hostile environment and the influence it has had on his current work.
